Warranty Guideline
Thank you for choosing FlyingEagle skates and accessories. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Please read this guideline carefully to understand the coverage, terms, and process for warranty claims.
1. Warranty Coverage Period
- Skate Frames & Boots (Structural Parts): 3 months from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects in the frame structure, boot material, and stitching that affect normal use.
- Wheels & Bearings: 1 month from the date of delivery. Coverage includes defects in material or craftsmanship (e.g., cracked wheels, seized bearings) that occur under normal skating conditions.
- Accessories (Replacements): 3 months from the date of delivery. Covers manufacturing defects that impact safety and functionality.
-Accessories (Helmets, Pads, Brakes): 1 months from the date of delivery. Covers manufacturing defects that impact safety and functionality.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from the official FlyingEagle Shopify store or authorized FlyingEagle retailers. It covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use, including but not limited to:
- Frame cracks or breaks (not caused by impact/collision).
- Boot material peeling, splitting, or stitching failure.
- Bearings that seize or fail without misuse (e.g., exposure to water/mud).
- Wheels that crack, chip, or delaminate under normal skating (not from rough surfaces or abuse).
- Protective gear (helmets, pads) with defective straps, buckles, or material that compromises safety.
3. What Is NOT Covered
The warranty does NOT cover the following, as they are considered normal wear and tear, misuse, or external damage:
- Normal wear of wheels (e.g., worn-down surfaces from regular skating).
- Bearings damaged by water, mud, lack of maintenance, or improper cleaning.
- Scratches, dents, or damage to boots/frames from collisions, falls, or rough use (e.g., grinding on sharp surfaces).
- Damage caused by improper assembly, modification, or repair by non-authorized personnel.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, counterfeit products, or used/second-hand products.
- Loss or theft of products or parts.
- Damage due to neglect (e.g., leaving skates in extreme temperatures, not storing properly).
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these simple steps (ensure you have your order details ready):
1. Contact Our Support Team: Email our customer support at shop@flyingeaglesports.com within the warranty period. Please include:
- Your full name and order number (found in your order confirmation email).
- Clear photos/videos of the defective part (showing the issue and product serial number if applicable).
- A detailed description of the problem, including when and how it occurred.
2. Claim Review: Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.
3. Claim Resolution:
- If the claim is approved (covered by warranty), we will offer a free replacement part, a full/partial product replacement, or a store credit (at our discretion).
- If the claim is denied (not covered by warranty), we will explain the reason and may offer a discounted replacement part or repair service (if available).
5. Important Notes
- You must keep your order confirmation/receipt as proof of purchase. Without valid proof of purchase, we cannot process your warranty claim.
- Warranty claims must be filed within the coverage period. Claims filed after the warranty expires will not be accepted.
- FlyingEagle reserves the right to verify the defect and determine the appropriate resolution (replacement, repair, or credit).
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
- Following proper maintenance guidelines (cleaning bearings, checking wheels/screws regularly) helps extend the life of your product and ensures warranty coverage remains valid.
