A: We have skates designed for both kids and adults. Each product page clearly lists age recommendations and size ranges.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Please check the size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Sock thickness and foot width also affect fit.
Q: Are sizes the same as shoe sizes?

Q: How long is delivery?
A: Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method that you choose. , usually 12–15 business days for regular shippings, 5~7 days for expresses. Please note that tax might be collected on expresses.

A: It depends on usage. With normal fitness skating, wheels last 2–6 months and bearings 6–12 months. Tough surface and dusty/humid environment could reduce this time duration.

A: Yes, we offer helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards for safe skating, and we recommend you use protectives while skating in any case.

A: Most FlyingEagle skates work well both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor surfaces may wear wheels faster.

Q: Do FlyingEagle skates come with a warranty?
