Cross-Border Order Returns
Due to the extremely high costs of international return shipping and applicable customs duties, we do not accept product returns from overseas addresses for cross-border orders. We appreciate your understanding of this unavoidable logistical constraint for international e-commerce.
Defective or Wrong Products (Quality Issue Only)
If you receive a product that is manufacturing defective or an incorrect item (wrong model/size) shipped by us, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos of the defective/wrong product
- Your order number and delivery details
Our team will review your request promptly and provide a suitable solution (e.g., partial refund, replacement parts delivery) based on the actual situation, without requiring physical return of the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellation & Modification
- Cancellation: Cross-border orders can be cancelled free of charge only before shipment confirmation. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted due to international logistics constraints.
- Modification: If you need to adjust your order (e.g., add/remove items, change sizes) to optimize the shipping fee, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after placing the order. We will assist you with the modification if the order has not been processed for shipment.
Refunds
If the order is already sent out and not received yet when the refund is required, the shipping fee that has been charged from the sender shall not be returned.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
